Flagship Account Tiers

The Flagship account was created to reward retailers for their efforts in growing sales and gaming activities of ANA products. Asmodee North America has created three Flagship tiers, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, with retailer benefits increasing with each higher tier.

Asmodee North America will assign each Flagship Account a tier, based primarily on the guidelines5 below.

Guidelines Silver Gold Platinum

How many ANA Organized Play programs am I expected to support? At least 1 At least 4 At least 6

5 These directions represent guidelines only. ANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the tier of each Flagship Account.

6 Flagship stores that grow sales of ANA products 10% or more year-over-year qualify for a 1% volume rebate.

7 Generally, Flagship Accounts have the highest allocation priority of any account type for ANA products in short supply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a wholesale price difference between the different Flagship tiers?

The price Asmodee North America charges authorized distributors for an ANA product varies based on the Flagship tier of the retail account purchasing the product. The higher a retailer’s Flagship tier, the more favorable the price. Actual wholesale prices are set by ANA authorized distributors.

What is the Annual Growth Rebate Program?

Starting in 2018, Platinum Flagship Accounts that grow sales of ANA products by 10% year-over-year will receive a 1% credit on the MSRP value of their annual purchases in January of the following year.

For Example: A Platinum Flagship retailer grows its sales of ANA products to $220,000 MSRP value in 2018. Compared to its sales of $200,000 in 2017, the retailer has grown its ANA business by 10%. Therefore, the retailer qualifies for an Annual Growth Rebate of $2,200 in ANA product credit (through an authorized ANA distributor) to be awarded in January 2019.

How are the Flagship tiers determined?

Asmodee North America determines the tier for each Flagship Account using a variety of different factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, sales volume, product demonstrations, organized play, stock commitment, and new release launch participation. Please refer to the primary qualification guideline table listed above.

While ANA reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the tier of each Flagship Account, it is our intention to understand each Flagship account and their business goals, and to work together to help them grow and advance to the next tier.

If you have questions about your Flagship tier, and how we can work together to grow your business, please contact [email protected].

Does being a Flagship Account affect my allocations of ANA products?

Generally, Flagship Accounts will receive the highest priority of allocation of ANA products in short supply. The higher a retailer’s Flagship tier, the more favorable their allocation.

What does early access to sell key releases mean?

Asmodee North America is committed to identifying select key products and providing Flagship Accounts with these products prior to the general release date. Early access products may only be sold in brick-and-mortar stores. ANA and your ANA Distributor will provide information on early access products when applicable.
