The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities to meet overall company targets, managing the internal sales call center team across our hobby and independent toy and gift channels, and ensuring a positive team environment through strong leadership and mentorship.
The Vendor Project Coordinator serves Asmodee USA Distribution’s new third-party studios and publisher vendors as they are onboarded to our distribution model and methods.
The HR Coordinator will focus on providing support for human resource functions and tasks by participating in the maintenance of employee documentation and files, running reports, completing employment verifications, conducting basic recruiting functions and employment onboarding support, as well as assist the HR Business Partners in day-to-day human resource functions and projects. Essential Functions Provide day to day support regarding human resources and aligning business objectives with employees, managers, and leadership. Recruit for various positions across the organization including posting positions, screening resumes, initial interviews, and coordinating in-person interviews. Provide orientation and on-boarding support to new hires and hiring managers. Complete and process employee documentation of employee changes. Maintain human resource information system records (hard and soft copies). Compile and provide analysis of various reports from HRIS. Provide support in documenting HR processes and development of HR programs. Assist with various HR projects as needed. All other tasks as directed by management. Education/Experience Minimum of Associates degree in Human Resources or related field or 1-3 years of HR experience. Experience utilizing a HRIS (ADP Wordforce Now experience a plus) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) Basic knowledge of labor laws Minimum Qualifications Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. High level of attention to detail/accuracy. Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with little guidance on a set of regular tasks. Must exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information. Ability to balance demands that arise unexpectedly in a dynamic office environment.
The Marketplace Moderator is responsible for managing the integrity of ANA’s product line via counterfeit detection and policy enforcement in a timely manner.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day activities of fulfilling customer requests, questions, and concerns as they relate to Asmodee products. This is a part time position.
A sales coordinator provides the key account managers and mass market retailers with the support needed to maximize profit and growth. The roles includes order entry, invoicing, inventory management/planning, customer service, and customer position analysis.
The Games Center Associate is responsible for providing customer service to FFG customers.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure product shipments are sent in a timely and efficient manner. Second Shift (3-Midnight) positions are available.
The Business Development Specialist will open new business to business customers by generating leads making effective cold calls and convincing customers to stock our products for the first time.
The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets by contacting existing customers via the telephone, selling them our best-selling products and increasing their order frequency through relationship-based sales.
The Game Center Line Cook is responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications. Full time or part time positions available.
