The Game Producer coordinates projects for Office Dog’s various game development teams; they are the hub of each project they work on and work with multiple people every day. The Game Producer’s core responsibilities are to build, manage, and track Office Dog’s project schedule, oversee communication and coordination of communication with internal Asmodee departments and external design and development firms, along with overseeing asset and file delivery to Asmodee North America’s Licensing and Production departments. The Game Producer is a critical part of the team and reports to the Studio Head.

The Information Technology Operations Manager is a player/coach who supports the business by ensuring a stable and reliable infrastructure. Scope encompasses Help Desk and IT Operations projects, as needed; this includes team personnel, network infrastructure, servers, storage, telecommunications, Microsoft 365, firewalls, security, operating systems, and Help Desk software. Responsibilities also include vendor management, disaster recovery, system metrics/SLAs, asset management, software license compliance and auditing. US scope currently covers 5 main offices, 2 warehouses, and approximately 400 employees. Potential to grow into Canadian scope and further acquisitions.

Essential Functions Financial modeling related to customer profitability, specific analysis on “deal buy” transactions related to specific purchases, and other ad hoc support for the Distribution team. Analysis & modeling related to liquidation sales, as well as potential new products Compile and oversee cost and revenue data for preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Support monthly reporting process by identifying variance drivers and working with department heads to determine impacts on full year operating budget. Act as a resource to department heads regarding all accounting issues, reporting and analysis. Facilitate monthly meetings with department heads to review prior month’s results and allow for forecasting of any future spending that will result in a significant departure from the budget. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Minimum Qualifications Unwavering attention to detail Ability to ask questions clearly and confidently. Willingness to voice concerns and suggestions for process improvements. Ability to work with a team, and independently. Advanced Excel skills in addition to experience in PowerPoint and Word. Comfort in learning new ERP processes.
