This position is Asmodee’s first point of contact, conveys the image of Asmodee to the public and is essential to maintaining the professional image in Asmodee company culture and office support to all Asmodee. In this position you will have multiple levels of responsibilities and accountability to deliver between the company/culture/events, office/facilities, human resources, and other departments that may need simple company support as needed. Company culture comes first in this role with securing the front office and handling guests to where they need to go. This person may make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. This employee will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

The Supply Chain Procurement Project Manager will play an instrumental role in driving and coordinating procurement and production projects within Asmodee North America (ANA). This role will work extensively with our cross-functional teams to ensure purchase orders are placed for new products and reprints that are consistent with business requirements as well as updating stake holders on order status. The role will require building and fostering strong working relationships with internal teams, and an ability to link data and reporting skills to ensure proper management of overall standard costs of Asmodee products as well as ensuring established lead-times are consistently met

The IT ERP Business Analyst - Warehouse will drive continuous improvement projects and future phasing of ERP related functionality, as well as provide next level of support after key users. This role has a deep focus on logistics, warehousing, shipping and will also work on cross-functional efforts. They will partner with our business users to understand problems/opportunities and requirements; improve system solutions and related business processes; assist with data, testing, and training; and provide support where needed, liaising with vendor partners as needed.
