Summary The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for providing support to the Finance department, including managing product royalties, billing activities as it relates to accounts receivable and reconciliations. Essential Functions • Manage product royalty set-up, tracking, reporting, and communication in accordance with royalty requirements. • Quarterly review and audit of incoming and outgoing royalties. • Verify and post details of transactions such as funds received and disbursed as it relates to Accounts Receivable. • Perform weekly review and audit of Accounts Receivable report. • Assist Production department with inventory transfers. • Assist with employee purchase orders. • Monthly bank reconciliation and calculation of use-tax responsibility. • Annual tax requirement preparation and processing. • Create and interpret financial reports, research and resolve accounting issues. • Assist with special projects as needed. Education/Experience • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field. • Three to five years progressively responsible experience in the accounting field. Minimum Qualifications • Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and iOS • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software for general ledger accounting; Acumen preferred. • Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
The Hobby Market Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets by following the ANA Sales and Distribution strategy while upholding the Asmodee culture.
The FFG Marketing Director will be responsible for providing direction, guidance and leadership to the marketing team. The Marketing Director holds responsibility for the organization’s marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the studio as well as an Organized Play program to build community around the studio’s games. This person will also be responsible for developing engaging, and effective marketing plans to drive interest and promote key product lines. This person will be creative, efficient, and analytical along with demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Game Producer serves as the primary project manager and studio administrator for Atomic Mass Games. The Game Producer’s core responsibilities are to build, manage, and track Atomic Mass Games project schedule, oversee communication and coordination of all external contractors, and oversee asset and file delivery to Asmodee North America’s Licensing and Production departments.
The Trade Marketing Director will plan and execute trade activity for all channels. Main responsibilities include leading all trade programs and conception and execution of sales tools as well as trade events, all with the goal of increasing sales revenue in all sales channels.
The Production Scheduling Coordinator (PSC) will support the Production Scheduling Department within the Asmodee North America production and supply chain team. The Production Scheduling Department is responsible for maintaining a rolling 18-month contract-manufacturing schedule for all studios based in North America: Atomic Mass Games, Catan Studio, Fantasy Flight Games, Plaid Hat Games, Unexpected Games, and Z-Man Games. The PSC will work closely with the Production Scheduling Specialist and Production Scheduling Manager to ensure all products from these studios maintain target stock availability levels.
The International Sales Representative is responsible for the solicitation and management of international sales with the primary focus being on growing revenue and finding new business internationally.
The Application Developer position is part of the foundation of FFG’s interactive game development team. The main responsibility of this position is to create and troubleshoot software to bring to life both digital games and utility application for board games. Our Application Developers work with a team of developers using C# and Unity to create applications for computers, tablets, and smart phones.
The Game Center Line Cook is responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
The Games Center Associate is responsible for providing customer service to FFG customers.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure product shipments are sent in a timely and efficient manner. Second Shift (3-Midnight) positions are available.
