Champions! - Dare to predict the impossible in the newest party game from Repos Production
Brussels, June 5, 2023 – Repos Production today announced their newest hilarious tournament-style party game, Champions!, from legendary designers Grégoire Largey, Franck Crittin and Sébastien Pauchon. Champions! will be available in US hobby stores and online beginning June 23, 2023.
Who likes pineapple on their pizza – Marilyn Monroe or Sherlock Holmes? Who writes corny poetry – The Little Mermaid or Elvis? In Champions!, players will try to predict the outcome of each duel and the overall tournament champion through competitive debate and silly persuasion. Then, players vote for the most expected winner of each duel and earn points if their character wins. Finally, votes are tallied and the Champion is crowned.
"We are generally better known for our strategic games," explains Franck Crittin. "A party game is a work of distillation. Everything seems obvious... but it's far from simple. The challenge of Champions! was to create unlikely duels without resorting to vulgar or dubious humor."

All his published games have been made with Grégoire (8Bit Box...) and many with both Grégoire and Sébastien (Botanik, Maui, Grand Kiwiz...)
Mr. CHON's real name is Sébastien Pauchon. He is a billiard player turned board game publisher (GameWorks, SpaceCowboys). He is also the author of numerous games (Yspahan, Metropolys, Jamaica, Jaipur, Botanik…) who still loves to play AC/DC in his basement.
